Update PMIC binary for new N1SDP hardware

Update the PMIC binary used for the N1SDP in CI and add a warning about component damage if using old hardware

The new warning note can be seen here

Also correct the existing note concerning PMIC binary versions here. The risk in using the old PMIC binary on new hardware is instability - not component damage as previously stated.
