ci: Switch to the cspell checker

Drew Reed requested to merge dreedarm/meta-cassini:topics/OSSEMBEDA-2727-mickledore-dev into mickledore-dev

The cspell checker is able to check and understand code files when looking for spelling mistakes so gives us better coverage than the existing spellcheck tool.
