WPERF-1006: Moving wpa-plugin code from Github back to Gitlab

Introduction

Merging Github branch main back to Gitlab as we are moving all WindowsPerf ecosystem tools:

• From Github:
  • skipped b71b7b65b1618509c3f45bea98e0727957631ef3 from Github as it's URL first merge change (to Github from Gitlab).
  • Merged rest.
• Commit c03bff20 reverts README change.
• Commit d19d1842 should be tagged 1.0.3 + release.

In this patch:

• Fix file processing (#7)

Rebased and replaced windowsperf-wpa-plugin with wpa-plugin.
