WPERF-512: Bump to 3.7.2

Introduction

Bumping patch version from 3.7.1 to 3.7.2 as we've fixed broken newlines in manual feature JSON output.

⚠ This is official release candidate for milestone %3.5 -> 3.7.2 (with ETW and experimental SPE support that is off by default in official build).

In this patch:

  • Bump to 3.7.2
