[docs] WPERF-858: Add ENABLE_ETW_TRACING and ENABLE_ETW_TRACING_APP macro names to READMEs

Introduction

Add new ETW macros mentions in wperf and wperf-driver docs. This patch is just a preparation for WPERF-858 docs.

Related to [wperf-driver, wperf] WPERF-636, WPERF-750: Ena... (!601 - merged).

In this patch:

  • docs: add ENABLE_ETW_TRACING_APP to wperf docs
  • docs: add ENABLE_ETW_TRACING to wperf-driver docs
