Created first fragment entry from UI

Rudolphe Thyma requested to merge issue_159_guest_registration_first_fragmentxml into master

In the first fragment UI , the guest will have to provide his/her personal information (Name, email, address...) To test it you go --> Guest Form --> Guest Registration (local database) --> Entry Form.
