Updating documentation to new project name

The module has been renamed to PlaceOrderModule and the path has been changed to .../placeorder/placeordermodule. This will close #8 (closed). The members might have to re-clone it or would have to change their path for remote repository on their devices to "https://gitlab.com/LibreFoodPantry/client-solutions/bear-necessities-market/ordersystem/placeorder/placeordermodule.git" if cloning with HTTPS OR "git@gitlab.com:LibreFoodPantry/client-solutions/bear-necessities-market/ordersystem/placeorder/placeordermodule.git" if cloning with SSH.
Note: The "Plan" module is unaltered and needs no change to remote repository.
