added updates for course 1040

Setup GCP using the services you have chosen to launch the application above, and deploy a working example - For this point, I followed the instructions up until I could deploy the app. When sending information to the mysql container there was an error about no files were uploaded. Checked the logs and I misspelled fs1030_individal_project, found in app.js and docker-compose.yml, where as the app.yaml file is connected with fs1030_individual_project. I wanted to update the app.js and docker-compose.yml files with the correct spelling however I have been unable to make the correct changes to the files.
