more counts and makefile issue

After being inspired by some interesting numbers presented in a presentation thi…s morning, added a new count to the product-note-counts script and clarified some other counts also edited the makefile to pass the value of $ANNPATH to the counts script as an environemnt variable so that it will work for other lab members than Alyssa
