Updated the mod to support 1.2 of RimWorld. Along with changing some things...

Updated the mod to support 1.2 of RimWorld. Along with changing some things for either better readability, suggestion from Rider, adding mod dependency, or printing more data out. Also changed where the assemblies are built since having issues with the game not wanting to use the assemblies in the root of the mod's folder.
