VRE-520 Add object-storage-download

VRE-520 into dta
  1. Reenable old KDP workflow
  2. Make it work with OIDC
  3. Rename all to kdp workflow for now, so we can change it easily to the name we want.
  4. Update the example and have an S3 bucket and S3 prefix instead of the previous options.
  5. Update the backup script so it can deal with nested folders when we give it a folder as for the source and for the url in same tree structure internally (update the tests of the backupscript to have it work with that).
  6. Update the images that used the backupscript cuz depending on the environment something needs to change.
