jellyfin: 10.8.5

• Update jellyfin to the latest version at this time, 10.8.5
• Remove chocolatey-misc-helpers.extension as none of the commands in there seemed to be used
• Remove kb2919355 as it also seemed to be unnecessary to download the installer
• Add chocolatey-core.extension dependency to call Remove-Process and make sure the jellyfin process is killed and allow the installer to update an existing installation correctly
