User lambda to raise exception for invalid country

Country validations have been set up months after first users create their profile. Some users decide do fill that field with non valid country name. Trouble : if they want to reset their password, it causes error and they can't reconnect to the platform. Using lambda will prevent that.

Failed to test this particular User case.
