Add support for copying build files locally
Building on a VPS, this feature has been proven useful many times (building everything from the VPS then pulling all the produced files at once)
The 17.0 major release is coming on May 16, 2024! This version brings many exciting improvements to GitLab, but also removes some deprecated features.
