App Antifeature NonFreeComp ?

In Kiwix issue 3651, @IzzySoft mentioned that:

See the IzzyOnDroid App Inclusion Policy for details. And if there are such exceptions (which get fewer and smaller all the time), those are clearly marked with the NonFreeComp ("contains non-free components") anti-feature.

If you use the 100% official F-Droid client, simply tell it you don't want any apps marked with the NonFreeComp anti-feature 😉

But I'm not able to find that NonFreeComp ("contains non-free components"). I'm using official F-droid client 1.23.1, and I'm not seeing that. Here is how list of antifeatures looks there:

What am I doing wrong? How do I choose that I don't want to see NonFreeComp apps in official F-droid client?
