NetworkSurvey: Add AntiFeature for NonFree

I came across https://apt.izzysoft.de/fdroid/index/apk/com.craxiom.networksurvey which looked interesting, but then I saw NonFreeDep and Tracking, both of which puzzled me. (I filed an issue upstream about clarity, which is off topic for this issue.)

It seems this app contains proprietary tracking libraries. So not only is Tracking fair, but the binary apk is not Free Software. I realize this doesn't violate your inclusion policy, but it seems that because you accept mildly non-Free apks that it makes sense to have an AF that one won't find in F-Droid main to warn that the app contains proprietary code.
