This allows for loot linking in party chat, custom channels, and direct messages. It is the second checkbox on #335 .

-party chat concatenated similarly to custom channels

-loot linking code moved to /templates/messages/messages.js

-item data added to sendPrivateMessage, sendCustomChannelMessage, and sendPartyMessage

-the ability to link loot in any chat channel
