For certain ground-targeted spells, if a tile is out of range, cast at the max distance in that direction
Ex. if you cast Summon Skeleton or Roll out of range, cast at the max range in that direction. For Skelly, you probably don't care that much about where you summon it so it would be nice to not have to move your cursor in range. Same with roll, you probably just want to roll in that direction, it doesn't matter if it's 1 tile less because you're slightly out of range.
For some spells (like cons/CS probably) I don't think this should be the default behavior, maybe customizable in the future but for now only certain spells (where the position doesn't matter much) should probably get this behavior.
Would take a little math but shouldn't be too hard. Remember to check LoS too.
