Client uses devicePixelRatio when it's unnecessary
The zoom level is now correct on high dpi screens after !478 (merged), but nameplates and health bars are still tiny
We don't actually need to consider devicePixelRatio at all, if we remove all instances of it, the game renders correctly on high DPI screens if PIXI.settings.RESOLUTION is set to 1.
That way we can avoid putting out fires all over the place with rendering, nameplates, particles...
