Suppress some gdscript features when Rider Godot support plugin is present

Ivan Shakhov (van800) requested to merge van800/gdscript:interop-with-rider-godot-support into master

  1. Suppress GdScript run configurations in the context menu of scene, when Godot support in Rider is installed and enabled

  2. Suppress error highlightings coming from GdSscript, when LSP is running in the Godot support Rider plugin.
