Upgrade morphe-patcher to 1.10.0, morphe-patches-library to 1.6.2, and the Gradle plugin to 1.3.4. Raise Gradle daemon memory for the Kotlin 2.4 toolchain.

Compile the shared extension library as Java 17 so the updated Morphe extension library's records can be desugared correctly.
