Fix Some Problems With the Robot tests

• Fix the pager handover test checking for the wrong text
• Remove a sleep that was getting around a problem with sending messages being slow which has since been fixed
• Add a implicit delay to selenium of 1 second. So that it waits for pages to actually load on slower CI machines
