automatically generate README-*.txt files for 3rd party libraries
make sure eol are CRLF in Win32 packages.
remove DLL's and README-*.txt from repository
build "3rdparty" with make -j3

I have to make sure my MacOS build distribution also include the right README-*.txt files.
