transparent fill in polygons? I figured it out!

Sorry if this a duplicate, I thought i posted..

Right now, polygons let you choose color but not transparency. I think it would greatly help if they can be adjusted to let base map details come thru. It would be fine to set a standard percent for all of them if making individually adjustable is difficult.

Wait!! I solved it - add 7f to the color code! i followed these instructions (had to try a few, but Hex value worked!

i will adjust that but really happy this was so easy to make transparent!!
