Fynn hwsw merge

Fynn Schwiegelshohn requested to merge Fynn-HWSW-Merge into master

Added a new feature to the DirectedSurfaceScorer as requested by Lothar. WE can now define a numerical aperture to only let photons with a smaller incident angle than what the numerical aperture defines get scored.

Also, the define for the number of threads has been changed from TEST_THREAD_COUNT to MAX_THREAD_COUNT
