Add TRS formulation and parameter descriptions

  • Add WLF and Arrhenius shift factor formulas to trs.ja.md and trs.en.md
  • Add parameter descriptions specific to each DEFINITION type: WLF: C1, C2 are WLF material constants Arrhenius: C1=E0/R (activation energy/gas constant), C2=theta^Z (absolute zero offset)
