remove fstrPR from the m_fstr module and add fstrPARAM to m_fstr_main module

Remove fstrPR from the m_fstr module —which is currently treated like a global variable- and add fstrPARAM to the m_fstr_main module instead, and eliminate all access to global variables.

  • これらのサブルーチンのうち、引数が追加されたものを呼びだしているところ
• m_fstr モジュールで定義されている fstrPR は削除
• m_fstr_main モジュールで fstrPARAM を定義し、全て引数で渡すように変更
