Rescued the old Manifesto and FreeDOS Spec from the old Wiki.

I converted the files with

pandoc -f mediawiki -t gfm -o fdspec.md fdspec.mw.md
pandoc -f mediawiki -t gfm -o manifest.md manifest.mw.md
