Add an extension that injects the widget to OSF

Vincent requested to merge 41-create-a-webextension-to-inject-the-widget-into-a-page into master

Although the extension isn't yet published, it does produce a signed artefact that can be downloaded from CI and, by me, from a developer page on Mozilla Add-ons.

When moving towards a production release, we should look at automatically publishing these when in master, and to support other embedding websites. For now, however, we have an extension that is automatically built, that is written in TypeScript, and that can demo the concept on osf.io.
