Update tutorial to 250822 FHI-aims version

update_250822 into master
  • Update output files and relevant text to reflect the new FHI-aims version 250822
  • Move the 240920 version to older_versions
  • Move the convergence of DOS calculations to an appendix
  • Remove the Si dos_kgrid_factors calculation from the text, it just duplicated what is shown by GaAs. Keep the output files though.
  • Add ability to copy to clipboard from text boxes.
