Updated all dependencies to latest versions -> bintray 1.8.0 -> 1.8.2 -> velocity 1.7 -> 2.0 (was accidently using version from over 8 years ago!!!!) -> mockito 2.18.3 -> 2.19.0 (we aren't using this yet anyways XD) -> Updated gradle from 4.7 -> 4.8
