GitLab Pages + CI/CD: Add initial support for viewing the modding guide as a proper website

Add initial support for viewing the latest version of the published files in a browsable HTML version via the over-complicated GitLab Pages functionality. I don't know why they like making things so backwards to publish a simple ready-to-use static website. Hope that helps, mate. :-)
