Emote4 rebased

Coral Golem requested to merge Emote4-rebased into master

  • Added the ability via unit test to bulk update weenies via json. At some point if we want this feature, we can just move the code. This was just a quick and dirty way to hack it in.

  • Changed some float fields to double to fix percision issue around probibalities, armor resistance and shade.
