Missing "Stop following" button from /settings/followed

There is no "Stop following" button at https://defendtheweb.net/settings/followed for users which you have blocked. Instead, it shows only that they have been blocked.

You can, however, unblock them by visiting their profile and clicking "Stop following" from there.
