fix form display on site

ThibaudGLT requested to merge ThibaudGLT/Omeka-S-module-Folksonomy:fix-public-display into master

I try to fix the display on public view, it's a proposal for main div align, but I think it's a good thing to fix tags display and for the checkbox with terms acceptation.
