Implement automatic message cross-over for TMS raids.

This PR/MR implements this suggestion.

This has been tested locally and seems to be working correctly, however differences in dependencies and/or java versions may cause the updated/introduced code to misbehave. It's strongly suggested that you also run a test in a production-like environment before pushing to the production bot.
