soc: qcom: smp2p: backport upstream fixes

Reviewing upstream changes, the following fixes were identified as relevant candidates for the QCom WIP branch.
Convert the Qualcomm Shared Memory Point 2 Point bindings to DT Schema. Add wakeup capability to SMP2P IRQ, feature negotiation and ssr ack feature support.
