This brings in a (mostly) unmodified patchset drop from Qualcomm:

fastrpc will be removed in the future for a userspace implementation
stmmac stuff will eventually be upstreamed
few other miscellaneous bits should be cleaned up or dropped entirely
pcie patches were already integrated in a modified fashion, so they've been dropped
