redhat/configs: automotive: Remove CONFIG_QCOM_IOMMU

Andrew Halaney requested to merge ahalaney/kernel-automotive-9:disable-old-qcom-iommu into main-automotive

This ends up making it so the config is not set. This IOMMU driver isn't used by any Qualcomm platforms we plan on targeting, so let's nuke it to avoid build failures in the future.
