Use the new package/image names for the image modes

Alexander Larsson requested to merge alexlarsson/sample-images:new-mode-names into main

This updates to the new a-i-b that uses --mode image/package instead of --image-type ostree/regular, which is more in phase with the bootc nomenclature.

We still support the old names ostree/regular in sample-images, but we should work towards migrating to the new ones over time.
