Draft: Move to use the stable repos of autosd/automotive

Pierre-Yves Chibon requested to merge pypingou/sample-images:switch_to_stable into main

Up until this commit we were pulling RPMs from the repositories hosted on buildlogs.centos.org, but these repositories happen to be generated from the auto{sd,motive}9s-packages-main-testing tag which is meant to be the testing stage for these two repos.

With this commit, we are moving to use the RPMs repository hosted on mirror.stream.centos.org which are generated from the auto{sd,motive}9s-packages-main-release tag which is meant to be the stable/update stage for these two repository.

So with this commit we're moving from using the testing repos to using the stable ones.
