Include content in home layout

Shaun McCance requested to merge smccance/jekyll-theme-centos:smccance-bs5-patch-85049 into bs5-staging

I'm trying to add a banner to various pages about the EOL of CL7 and CS8. As it's currently set up, the only way I can change anything on index.html is by editing the layout file here, which is a bit of a hassle. If we just allow the index.md content to pass thru, we can use that to add info banners or whatever above the news posts.
