Update for the Integration SIG

Aleksandra Fedorova requested to merge bookwar/gitlab-webhooks:update-container into master
  • Update the image to CentOS 9
  • Update app to use system libraries from CentOS
  • Update Openshift deployment adding the integration sig inventory files for prod and stage environments
  • Remove Openshift role which creates namespace as it is beyond the scope of our Openshift user
  • Add BuildConfig and ImageStreams objects to build and update image within Openshift
