- Remove the mention of docker-compose
- Remove unused inventoriy files to reduce confusion
- Add example for the credentials layout. Real credentials should be
  stored under deploy/ansible/playbooks/credentials/stage
  and deploy/ansible/playbooks/credentials/prod/
  and never added to Git
- Adjusted .gitignore to ignore credentials
- Adjusted README
