Add hierarchized organization support

YUKI "Piro" Hiroshi requested to merge clear-code/CardBook:hierarchized-organization-support into master

On corporation use (especially in Japan), hierarchized organization infromation is major than flat categories. So I'm trying to add ability to treat organizations as hierarchized categories.

I'm happy if these changes are merged to the upstream. How do you think about this feature?
