Added a gitignore to ignore the fswapout, fswapin files, as well as a
couple common backup files made by some editors.

Clarified the comments a bit. Personally, I'm not usually working on a
laptop like they suggested before this commit, and making that
assumption seems a bit silly if there's also a desktop in the picture.

Added a README to describe the installation and workflow, and show a
pretty description on git{lab,hub}.
