Google Camera not loading on Pixel 4a without microG or Google Play Services
At least without microG, Google Camera immediately crashes on launch. Further details, log, and version information follow.
Historical details: Phone was recently factory reset and restored from SeedVault. Tried uninstalling/reinstalling Google Camera from the Aurora Store, with no fix. At no point since factory reset was microG enabled in the main user profile.
To reproduce: Use a personal profile (main user) without microG. Close Google Camera if it is already running by swiping it away. Try to launch it from the home screen. It should crash immediately. If prompted for permissions, it may launch successfully once, but closing it and re-opening it should reproduce the crash.
Workaround: It is possible to trick the app into launching properly by tapping and holding on its icon and choosing either "Take a video" or "Take a selfie." From this point, the app will continue to work normally, even with double-tapping the power button (from locked state or otherwise), until the app is closed (swiped away).
logcat: longcat.log
logcat starts just before tapping to open Google Camera from the home screen, and ends after it crashes.
