Added support for the Dygma Raise

Dygma Raise is a mechanical ergonomic split keyboard with a lot of LEDs. Unfortunately it offers very few build in LED effects. I added support to control all of the 132 built in LEDs in a way that if reflects the size and shape of the keyboard, its underglow and the Neuron.
