Wooting - Add LE/HE VID/PIDs and Malte's patch
This adds Wooting's new VID and LE/HE PIDs, and LE/HE to the devices list.
It also applies Malte's patch to fix the RGB controller which doesn't work on Linux.
Additional work needs to be done for LE/HE (and possibly Two) to get proper rgb mapping fixed, but this gets the Wooting RGB Controller working on Linux.
