Add Asus rog strix Scope keyboard

This commit add rgb controls for the Asus scope keyboard. I own Asus ROG Scope keyboard and I tested on it. Its tested with Scope TKL keyboard.

It also add Asus ROG strix Scope RX Keyboard according to #1494 (closed)
